Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all guitars purchased online that are being shipped to any of the 48 states located within the continental United States.

For expedited shipping, the buyer can pay the difference in cost over standard 2-day ground shipping that is included with free shipping.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but the buyer pays all shipping costs.

We also ship internationally, but the buyer pays all shipping costs including import and duty taxes. We will not reduce the customs value to ship a guitar internationally.

All guitars are professionally packed for shipping and fully insured.

48-Hour Trial Period

As a courtesy to our online customers who are not able to visit our shop we offer a 48-hour in home trial period to allow them to check out a guitar. You have 48 hours from the receipt of delivery to try out the guitar.

If you decide you like it, the purchase is complete.

If you decide the guitar is not for you, simply let us know you intend on returning it within 48 hours of receiving the guitar. If we do not hear from you within the 48-hour window we consider the guitar purchased.

*48-Hour Trial Period not available with purchases made in our store, Alaska/Hawaii purchases, international purchases, or purchases where a trade-in is involved.

**On special occasion, during situations regarding extreme weather we may grant an additional 24 hours to allow the buyer more time to get the guitar to a shipper. We also may allow an additional 24 hours during times of extreme temperature to allow a day for the guitar to acclimate to the new environment before being unpackaged by the buyer.

Returns

To make a return for an online purchase contact us within the 48-hour trial period and we will give you a return authorization.

All shipping and insurance costs, are responsibility of the buyer if they decide to return the guitar. For example, the buyer will be refunded the full amount of the purchase price minus the shipping and insurance costs for fees incurred by the shop for shipping both to and from the buyer.

All returns should be securely packaged in original packaging, insured for their full value, and shipped backed to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

All returns must be shipped within 24 hours of the end of the 48-hour trial period, unless that lands on a Sunday. In that case, the guitar should be shipped for return on Monday.

Buyer is responsible for guitars during 48-hour trial period and return shipping period. If a guitar is not in 100% “New” condition when returned we will ship it back to the buyer and consider it purchased.

Guitars bought in store, shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally are not returnable.

Trade-Ins

If you have a quality guitar you are looking to trade in on the purchase of a new one we will consider it. Just let us know what you have, how long you have owned it, and the condition of the guitar, and we will let you know if that might be a possibility.

If we don’t buy the guitar ourselves, we may have another guitar dealer we have a relationship with that might be interested in it.

Taxes And Fees

Prices listed on our website and other sales platforms do not include sales tax, expedited shipping costs, Alaska/Hawaii shipping costs, international shipping costs, or any sort of international taxes or duty fees.

If you buy a guitar in our shop, or live in North Carolina, the sales tax rate is 7%. If you live out of state you need to check with your state to see if you are liable for paying sales tax.
